Spy Ad Intelligence provides mobile app-market and advertising intelligence, including app catalog data, ad-creative references sourced from public transparency centers, and related analytics. The Service is provided for lawful market-research purposes.

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

The app catalog is free to browse. Premium access is billed on a recurring monthly basis through our payment processor until cancelled. Prices and plan features are shown on the pricing page and may change with notice for future billing periods.

You agree not to:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the data or Service without written permission;
• Scrape, bulk-export, or abuse the Service beyond your plan's reasonable limits;
• Reverse engineer, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service;
• Use the Service to violate any law or third-party right.

Data is aggregated from public sources (including app stores and regulator-mandated ad transparency centers) and is provided "as is." We do not warrant that it is complete, accurate, or current, and it should not be treated as professional or investment advice.

The Service, including its software, design, and compiled datasets, is owned by Spy Ad Intelligence and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. Third-party trademarks and creatives remain the property of their respective owners.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spy Ad Intelligence will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You may cancel at any time from your account page. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
