We want you to be happy with NicheMaps. This policy explains when refunds apply and how to request one.
Try the free catalog first
The full app catalog is free to browse without paying or even creating an account. We encourage exploring it first to confirm the Service fits your needs before subscribing to Premium — it removes most reasons to need a refund.
14-day satisfaction window
If you're not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund that charge in full, no hard feelings. This applies to your initial subscription payment.
Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel anytime from your account page; cancellation stops future charges and you keep access until the end of the current period. Renewal charges are generally non-refundable, but if you were charged unexpectedly (for example, you meant to cancel), reach out — we handle these case by case and aim to be fair.
Exceptions
Refunds may not apply where there is evidence of abuse, fraud, resale of data, or violation of our Terms of Service.
How to request a refund
Email support@orbian.net from your account email with the word "Refund" in the subject. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
